The Diploid is a coffee shop open every day, which offers breakfast, brunch, lunch, specialty coffees and homemade cakes.
We only use quality products, including specialty coffee selected by us, homemade pastries or local, healthy and varied food.

Saturday and Sunday: 9:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.

With our breakfast menu, we offer you a varied and homemade “à la carte” brunch.
Every day, come and enjoy an exceptional breakfast. Whether you like it hot or cold, salty or sweet, there is something for everyone.
Fall for our scrambled eggs with chili served with bacon or local trout smoked by us, granola bowl or our French toast. Rather pancakes? You are going to enjoy our bacon pancakes, sweet or plain!
We also offer a lunch menu with daily specials, to eat between noon and two.
The menu changes frequently so do not hesitate to consult it regularly.
We also have gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian or vegan options.

SPECIALTY COFFEE

We offer you specialty coffees, in collaboration with our local roasters. Carefully selected, our coffees are the result of the work of enthusiasts: from the producer, to the roaster and our baristas. You will be able to discover a new coffee origin every week, different according to the extraction method (espresso or filter).
New to coffee? Don't panic, our teams will be able to guide and advise you, in order to serve you the drink that suits you best (Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Flat white, Latte)
Of course, we don't just serve coffee! You can enjoy a wide range of teas and milk drinks (Chai latte, Golden latte, Matcha), as well as many cold drinks. Indeed, we have on the menu fresh squeezed juices and homemade smoothies, the perfect allies to fill up on vitamins, while having fun!

Fancy a little homemade treat? Come and taste every day, the Anglo-Saxon inspired cakes of our pastry chefs: cheesecake, layer cake, banana bread, cookie, and many more... And you will always find a vegan and/or gluten-free dessert with us .
